Privacy Policy for Pay4Parky Clover App

This Privacy Policy explains how Parky Solutions LLC collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when the Pay4Parky application is used within the Clover Point of Sale system. This Policy applies solely to the Clover context and does not apply to other Parky services or platforms.

If there is any conflict between this Policy and the applicable merchant agreement, the merchant agreement will govern where allowed by law.

1. Information We Collect

When the Pay4Parky App is used through Clover POS, we may collect the following information:

  • Transaction Information: payment type, transaction amount, date/time, and items or services purchased.
  • Customer Contact Information (only if configured by the merchant): email address or phone number for receipts or notifications.
  • Device and Usage Information: interactions with the App for performance and support.

We do not collect information beyond what is necessary to perform the services requested by the merchant.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide and support the functionality of the Pay4Parky App
  • Assist merchants in processing transactions and managing customer interactions
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve App performance
  • Analyze aggregated usage trends (without identifying individuals)

We do not use customer information for our own independent marketing purposes.

3. Disclosure of Information

We may share information only as follows:

  • With the merchant who processed the transaction
  • With service providers who help operate or support the application (confidentiality required)
  • To comply with legal requirements, such as subpoenas or government requests
  • In connection with a business transfer, such as a merger or acquisition, with notice where feasible

We do not share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

4. Sale of Personal Information (CCPA Statement)

Parky Solutions LLC does not sell, as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), any personal information.

In the preceding twelve (12) months, Parky Solutions LLC has not sold any personal information.

5. Data Retention

Information is retained only as long as needed to provide App functionality, support merchant operations, and meet legal or compliance obligations. We may retain aggregated or anonymized data longer for analytics and service improvement.

6. Collection and Use of Information from Minors

The Pay4Parky Clover App is not intended for use by individuals under 16 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

If we become aware that personal information from a minor has been collected in error, we will delete it promptly.

Merchants are responsible for ensuring their customers are of appropriate age based on their own business practices.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this Policy from time to time. The Effective Date at the top of this Policy reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Pay4Parky App constitutes acceptance of updates.
